The Lowdown
Our small, relaxed, family run campsite offers three unique & spacious 5m cabins, a cosy shepherds hut and a farmhouse cottage. All enjoy amazing views and are easily accessible to the log retreat, car park and fire pit.

The Location
Up On A Hill is located in the South West corner of Herefordshire near to the border of Wales. The location is a great base to explore the Cathedral City of Hereford, with it’s Mappi Mundi and Chained Library, as well as the attractive market towns of Hay on Wye, Abergavenny and Monmouth. The local surroundings are ideal for activities such as hill walking and cycling.
With further activities available in the wonderful Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Offa’s Dyke Path and Brecon Beacons National Park only a short drive away. Being 30 minutes drive from the M50, the larger towns of Worcester, Cardiff, Cheltenham and Ludlow are also within easy access.

Prices are per cabin – sleeps 4 (with room for an additional person)
from £95 per night
Guests must book the whole site on weekends and must stay for a minimum of 2 nights.
Check in after 3pm / check out before 11am
Guests may bring one additional tent for £20 per night (prior permission necessary)

The Cottage
We also have a farmhouse cottage available, which can be let out in conjunction with the tents or singularly.
